Sadia Crosby, owner of Oysthers Sea Farm, along with her sister Lauren, are lobstermen’s daughters from Georgetown Island, Maine.

At the end of 2021 their father, Captain Angus McGregor Crosby (their best friend), passed away unexpectedly; leaving behind his three daughters, wife of twenty nine years, and his lobster traps and lobster boats still in the water. It was during this time period that the duo decided to fulfill one of their sister-dreams: the opening of Oysthers Raw Bar & Bubbly– a seasonal raw bar featuring Sadia’s own Oysthers and fresh seafood to support Georgetown’s local lobstermen, fishermen and farmers. Oysthers will also be specializing in sparkling wine, mimosa flights, Busch Light, and non-alcoholic bubbly drinks.
